I would like to start by saying that they offer excellent communication service. They consistently demonstrated continuous improvement with every suggested observation. The previously sent samples met the expected specifications, and the product was of great quality. After moving forward with a larger production, they showed commitment to delivering on the agreed timeline and allowed an external quality inspection chosen by me. Even so, the full evaluation of all units was a success. They also took care of shipping my product to the port in China, and they handled it efficiently and professionally. Once the merchandise arrived in the U.S., we began selling the product, and customers responded positively, highlighting the quality and beautiful design of the product.
